K3 - The Nordics and the Baltics

This Nordic and Baltic political map puzzle displays the 8 European countries that join together and cooperate informally. The countries including Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are linked by historical, political and common cultural ties. In the top left-hand corner of the puzzle, you will find each of the 8 flags. Down the right-hand side, you'll find 8 coats of arms, and a compass in the middle. The names of the highest mountaintops and altitude are clearly marked, along with the names of each city, rivers, lakes, mountain ranges, valleys, glaciers, and islands. The puzzle comes complete with 75 pieces carefully cut along borders and coastlines. It is best suited for older children with an interest in Europe.
