C8 - Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus on their way to Egypt

The angel’s instruction to Joseph was to take Baby Jesus and Mary and flee, escaping Egypt. Joseph led the way while Mary rode a donkey with Baby Jesus all wrapped up in her arms. She believed they would all be safe in Egypt. As they set off on their journey, there was no looking back. They were to stay in Egypt until Herod told them otherwise. This artistic religious puzzle tells quite a story. Follow Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus on their journey far afield, as they leave Jerusalem behind them to start their new life.
